Creating a New Account

Please follow the directions below to set your family account up in MySAM:
  1. Go to the MySAM login page.
  2. If you are new to MySAM and the facility, enter in an email address you want associated with your family account in the box under New Customer Registration.
  3. Click Sign Up.
  4. You will be taken to the Customer Account Page.
  5. Fill out form completely. Add ALL of your children at this time, even if they will not be
    registering for a sport at this time.
  6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to verify the account you used.
  7. Click the link within the email.
  8. You are all finished and ready for registration!

Forgot Your Password?

If this is your first time logging into your MySAM account but you already have a customer account with your facility or you just forgot your password, here is a step by step process on how to have a password reminder e-mailed to you:

  1. Go to the MySAM login page.
  2. Click the "Forgot Password or Login" button
  3. Type in the e-mail address you would have used as your contact information in the past.
  4. Decipher and enter in the decoding message in the box and press the "Email password" button.
  5. If you have never logged into your MySAM account, you will receive an e-mail that has a generic password for you to use to log-in. Otherwise, if you have already assigned yourself a password, your e-mail will include your personalized e-mail.
